The clear pressed-glass bodies feature vertical fluting that fans outward into wide, faceted scalloped bases. Each shaker is topped with a domed, perforated silver-tone metal screw lid finished with a small ball-shaped finial.
Both glass shakers retain their original oval “Leonard Japan” foil labels on the bottoms.

Condition
The glass bodies are in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
The metal tops show substantial age-related wear, including:
- Tarnish and darkening
- Oxidation and corrosion
- Pitting and finish loss
- Greenish oxidation in some areas
- Uneven discoloration, with one top showing heavier wear than the other
There is also some visible residue or discoloration around the glass bases, threads and interior areas. The metal composition has not been tested. Comparable Leonard sets are commonly identified as silver plated, but these particular tops are not visibly marked, so their exact metal content is unverified.
The tops are not pristine; their aged surfaces are an important part of the condition. Please enlarge and review every photograph carefully.
