Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Mid-Century Modern \"Bambu\" art glass bud vase. Designed by Bo Borgström for the renowned Swedish glassworks company Åseda Glasbruk in the 1960s–1970s. This hand-blown piece features a striking amethyst purple hue and the classic ringed bamboo node structure. It is finished with a heavily weighted, solid clear glass base.
CONDITION REPORT:
Excellent vintage condition. The glass is beautifully clear with no chips, flea bites, cracks, or internal cloudiness/water staining. The piece shows only very minor, light shelf scuffs on the absolute bottom of the base, which is consistent with its age and authentic vintage use.
