The label reads Formi's Magolo and Medicine Act No. 19552".
It appears the bottle has been opened because of the opened seal which remains on the neck of the bottle.
The bottle measures about 5" high, 1 1/2" and 1 1/4" in diameter. Label is totally intact. Please view photos for best description.
