Our items are housed in a clean, smoke-free environment. Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned, gently used plush/fabric items are lightly laundered or steamed and surface cleaned according to the manufacturer\'s instructions on the tags. Hard surface items have been washed as needed.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due within 24 hours for \"fixed price\" items. For sale items, payment is due within three (3) days of sale close.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped within one (1) business day of receiving cleared payment. I ship daily Monday through Friday via USPS with tracking (signature confirmation not included). If you would like to ship through UPS or Fedex please message me BEFORE paying for your item.
