Vintage Model Emerson Radio, And Phono Corp. Tube Radio - For Parts Not Working For Sale

This is a project. I don’t know exactly what’s wrong with it but it needs work. 
This tube radio is UNTESTED and presumed not working. It is missing dials and a back plate. It is evidently in need of some repair. The power wires are dangerously close to a short circuit in its current configuration.
