The Panamanian golden frog is a national symbol and is considered to be one of the most beautiful frogs in Panama. These unique handmade ceramic figurines were acquired in El Valle in the 1980s. The poisonous golden sapo is now extinct in the wild. This frog is considered to be symbolic of bringing good fortune, though their own fortune seems to be not the best right now as they are only surviving in captivity. Perhaps there is hope for their future though, like there is for all of us. Price shown is for both frogs.
