Vintage Vintage South American wooden footstool believed to have been handcrafted in Peru. Features a richly hand-tooled brown leather seat depicting a stylized Incan or pre-Columbian figure, surrounded by geometric motifs.The leather is secured over a round wooden foundation with decorative nailhead trim. The base has four turned wooden legs connected by crossed stretchers.Measurements:

There is some age-related separation visible in the layered wooden seat foundation. One underside connection has a metal support bracket that may be an older repair. Handwritten workshop or assembly markings are present underneath.
