VintagePexto No 10 Tin Snips11.5\" OALCuts 24ga StainlessMade in USA==EXC==Fresh from a local estate sale. I have lightly cleaned these and found no problems to report. The blueing is nearly all there, with some wear around the hand holes. A nicely balanced pair of 11.5\" snips with tool steel blades. Peck, Stow & Wilcox used the PEXTO trademark on their tools. This block PEXTO trademark was used from 1947 to 1996. The blade is laid with a special alloy tool steel. These Tinner\'s Hand Snips will cut 24ga Stainless and 20ga mild steel. Their action makes this cutting easily many times longer than ordinary snips before grinding is needed. Has 2.5\" cut and weighs 1.5lb. The outer edges of the jaws is dinged a little and the cutting edges are a little rough in spots close to the pivot. Please see the pictures for the condition of this item.
