Vintage Photo LOT 1934 SS Morro Castle Burned Luxury Cruise Liner Asbury Park NJ
Description: These are 4 original photos taken by the parents of a 91 year old friend of mine. The ship was going from Havana Cuba to New York City. The fire caught in the night, killing passengers and crew. The unmanned ship drifted and ended up grounding itself near Asbury Parks Convention Hall. Tourists would go to see it before it was hauled away.
Condition: Some discoloration on back due to age. Some corner and edge wear. Paper residue on the back of 3 of them and the front of one.
