Vintage Reticulated Porcelain Wall Plate Gold Gilt Pierced Rococo 8.5\" For Sale

Beautiful vintage reticulated porcelain decorative wall/cabinet plate featuring intricate pierced latticework and elaborate gold gilt decoration.

The plate has an ornate scalloped edge with alternating openwork lattice panels surrounded by Rococo-style scrolls, flourishes and decorative motifs. The white porcelain and extensive gold detailing give it an elegant, highly decorative appearance.

The reverse features an integral molded porcelain hanging loop, indicating the piece was designed for wall or decorative display.

The underside also bears a faint hand-applied number that appears to read “222 44.” No manufacturer backstamp or maker\'s name has been located, so no specific maker or country of origin is being attributed.
