Vintage Revere Art Deco Machine Age "Streamline" Chrome Ashtray 1930s Chase Era:

This "Streamline" was designed by Leslie Beaton for Revere's 1930s Gifts. The short-lived line featured several iconic works by the most prominent industrial designers of the time including Beaton, William Weldon and Norman Bel Geddes. Polished chrome over copper, it exemplifies the pre-WWII Moderne movement. This one shows it has been used and is priced accordingly. Still a great addition to the Art Deco/Machine Age collector.
