Vintage Spencer AO America Optical Stereo Microscope 56-36 - Parts or Repair
Up for sale is a vintage Spencer American Optical stereo microscope marked Part No. 56-36 on the bottom. Also marked with maker information on the bottom, marked Spencer on the side, and has a plate marked Kenneth A. Dawson Co. on the back.
The microscope is being sold for parts or repair and has some issues. Microscope was dropped, which damaged the left eyepiece lens and dislodged the prisms inside. See pictures. The prisms have been removed to prevent further damage and have small chips on some of the corners, but are likely still good. They look to have been attached with an adhesive and will be included with the microscope. See pictures for best description.
