Vintage Trans World Airlines (TWA) promotional pocket lighter manufactured by Windmill, complete with its original display box.
The front face features the classic red TWA globe logo alongside the text "U.S.A - Europe / Africa - Asia" and an engraved airplane graphic. The top hinge is stamped with the "WINDMILL" brand name and a small windmill icon. The reverse side of the lighter features a fully integrated mechanical World Time Zone dial. The outer dial can be rotated to align the hours with major global cities, including New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, and Honolulu, functioning as a pocket time converter.
Condition:
This is a vintage, pre-owned item sold in untested condition for collectible purposes. The flip-top mechanism opens smoothly to reveal the spark wheel and wick. It has not been tested with flint or lighter fluid. The chrome finish shows minor surface wear, light scratches, and patina consistent with age and pocket use. The world time dial rotates.
