Vintage Unmarked Commerative Silverplate Footed Bowl, Inscribed From 1973 For Sale

This unmarked dish is freshly polished (though not perfectly), ready for some holiday fun. It is inscribed 4th Period 1973. I attempted to show the small dent and spot where one foot shows through (as a round spot) in the pictures. There is only the one noticeable dent. It is a vintage piece so I’m selling it AS IS. I polished it on 11/2/18, and will not polish it again, so if it arrives more tarnished than in the photos, you’ll know it is silverplate! I did not go nuts polishing the decorative edging or the feet, as I like the look of the detailing with a little tarnish. The underside could definitely use another buffing.
