This is a vintage Utica Tool Slip Joint Plier No 14-6.These pliers are unique because the previous owner customized them for aspecialized application. Welded to the end of one jaw is a U-shaped metal tab.Welded to the other jaw is a tab that is bent at a right angle. There are lightscratchers and stains on surface. Tool opens and closes easily.
