Lot of 10 original vintage Venus Drawing pencils made by American Pencil Co., New York. All 10 pencils are NOS and remain unsharpened.

Also includes an original vintage Venus Drawing Pencils 3800 HB box featuring the Venus de Milo artwork and original 17-degree hardness chart.

PLEASE NOTE: The box is marked HB. The pencils are a mixed-grade assortment and are not represented as the original contents of this box.

The pencils have the classic green crackle finish with gold lettering. Different period imprint styles are present, as shown in the photos.

Venus Drawing pencils were professional artist and drafting pencils produced in 17 grades ranging from 9H through 6B. This assortment spans hard 2H and H grades through medium HB to softer 2B and very soft 6B.

These vintage pencils and box date from the American Pencil Company era, approximately 1939-1956, before the company\'s 1956 name change.

CONDITION: All 10 pencils are new old stock. Cosmetic and finish variation and wear are visible. Original HB box shows age and storage wear.
