VINTAGE BABY OR CHILD MUG
Charming vintage silverplate baby or child\'s mug measuring about 2-1/2\" in height. Featuring a straight sided shape with bracket handle, it is decorated with a verse and images from the Nursery Rhyme LITTLE BOY BLUE - child is depicted in a field by hay bale blowing his horn.Condition is very nice with several tiny dents around the bottom as shown - just polished it up and I find no silverplate loss - bears the mark for W.M. ROGERS & SON EPNS. Assuming it was intended for a little boy - no name or monogram. Just the sweetest vintage children\'s mug - dating 1940s-1950s, it would be a lovely addition to any collection or display!Condition is lovely with no chips, cracks, discoloration or stains - still retains the original warm patina. Just a striking souvenir spoon - wonderful addition to any collection or display!
