Vintage US Military canvas field pouch dating from the 1930s to the WWII era. This Pouch features a heavy-weight, stiff construction with a pointed front flap and a wide belt-loop tunnel on the reverse side designed to slide onto standard military equipment belts. Notable, the internal hardware on the directional \"star pull\" snap closure is clearly stamped \"Carr Boston Mass.\", placing its production after the historic 1929 Carr merger. White the original ink stenciling have faded over time, this item matches the exact profile and hardware configurations of the WWII US Army BG-154 Radio Accessory Pouch used to house communication headsets and microphones. It also feature olive drab green stitching from the 1930s to WWII era. This item was attained in a large militaria collection from an estate.
