Vintage Willem II 20 Wilde Havana Cigar Tin - Made in Holland
For sale is a beautiful, authentic vintage tobacco tin from the world-famous Willem II cigar factories based in Valkenswaard, Netherlands. Established in 1916 and named after the Dutch Prince of Orange, Willem II became iconic for its premium blends and highly artistic retail packaging.
This rectangular, flat pocket style metal tin was designed to hold 20 Wilde Havana cigars. The lid features a gorgeous, highly detailed lithograph scene depicting a historical couple in an interior parlor setting, framed by ornate leaf columns and classic portrait medallions. The front lip features the phrase Anno t Meest in Trek (Most in Demand). A fantastic feature for collectors: the front corner still retains its original paper tax banderol revenue stamp marked Sigaren 574.

The lid artwork remains incredibly bright and colorful with excellent gloss and very few small paint flecks. The orange side panels and back display typical surface character lines and light shelf scratches, but no severe dings. The interior is very clean, and the rear dual hinges operate smoothly.
