Articles of Agreement, MADE this Twenty Third day of July A.D. 1894, Between Mrs Lucy J. Moyes of Harmarville, Allegheny County Pa. of the first part, and Mrs Elisabeth J. Angel of Hoboken, Same Co. and State, of the second part, WITNESS, That the said party of the first part does hereby lease and let unto the said party of the second part, from the First day of August A.D. 1894, for and during the term of Eight Months for the Monthly rent of Twelve ($12.00) Dollars...
...in the condition the same may be at the date of this lease, viz:That certain store room and Dwelling, situate South East corner of Center Avenue and Third Street in the village of Hoboken, Allegheny County, Pa.And it is hereby further agreed that the said Mrs Elisabeth J. Angel will furnish the store room in a good and substantial manner with counters, shelving and bins, the same to be and remain the property of Mrs Lucy J. Moyes, and in consideration for furnishing the store room in the above described manner Mrs Elisabeth J. Angel shall receive a full abatement of rent for the first four months included in this lease.And it is hereby further agreed that Mrs Elisabeth J. Angel shall have the privilege of leasing all of the above described premises for two years immediately following the expiration of this lease at the rate of fifteen Dollars a month.
