Antique wavy glass. No water marks on the picture. Has some spots under the glass. Wood backing under original paper backing.
Frame is approximately 10\" x 8\"
Picture is approximately 4\" x 3\"
No chips or cracks in the glass or frame. No water marks, but there are spots inside the picture. Not sure of it is on the glass or picture. Check out pictures carefully.
