Pa. 1/6/07My Dear Niece I received your letter some time ago and was very muchee pleased to hear from you, hoping this letter will find you in good health as it leaves me at presant I am very sory I disopointed you and am not coming out to see you Christmas but I could not get away on account of having country Friends coming and staying over for a week which it will be a successfor you that is all dear at presant the next time I will try to write you a longer letter, as it is bed time now and I will say Good bye.
