All toy sales are intended for adult collectors. If a toy is sold in the box and packaging is sealed- that is a term of the condition of the toy and directly affects it's value as a collector. I cannot process returns if you open a boxed and sealed toy, their intent being sold is a collectable that is still in the box. If the factory box seal is broken / opened by the buyer - a return cannot be processed as it cannot be returned in the condition it was sold. Toys still in the sealed box with electronic parts or factory batteries may not work, if the battery has died. There is no way to test without breaking the seal. Returns cannot be processed for non working electronics, if the box seal has been broken. These toys may have sharp edges or digestible parts unsafe for young children. Please buy with the expectation of collectables not toys to play with when it comes to returns.
