This HEAVY set of vintage cast iron bookends or door stops features a woman and a man dressed in Amish-style clothing. Each is sitting on a bench, she possibly with something nestled in her apron and he holding a board. Both still have their original paint, although there are dings and scrapes to the paint jobs. Each figure is about 4.75" tall; each one is about 3.5" wide and 2.5" deep. Each figure has an old felt pad on the bottom; I did not take one off to see if there is a maker's mark. There are no repairs I can spot.
