Bottom outside marked with "Save Imperial Committee" Logo
This was produced in 1984 by Pioneer Glass. Pioneer Glass only operated for a very short time in 1984 after Imperial Glass closed on June 15. The S.I.C. Logo stands for "Save Imperial Committee." They had hoped they could keep the factory from being closed, but it failed and the factory was ordered to liquidate in August 1984. These Pioneer (SIC) pieces were sold in local gift shops in Bellaire, OH.
