Made in Japan during the 1950s postwar export era, this piece features ornate detailing inspired by classic European Dresden and Capodimonte styles.
The vase features a gorgeous pastel sage green and dusty pink/purple gradient glazes, gilded scrolling gold trim,hand-painted central floral medallions, and molded relief flowers.
Two distinct dimensional cherub dimensional cherub (putti) figurines are sculpted onto the sides, climbing along the vase as structural handles.
Condition: Very good vtg condition. Gold trim looks great. No chips or cracks.
