Scarce, cannot find another or any sales history.Thomas O\'Brien used profits from buying and selling 2 saloons in Kingman Arizona and successful oil lease investments in 25 Hill in Elk Hills Taft to build and operate the Louvre Saloon at 1330 18th (read 19th as well) & K St. in Bakersfield sometime after he arrived in 1899 to 1908. The Loevrebecame known for its paintings, stuffed animals, and Orchestrion (musical instrument) and prize-fights.He was a partner of the Del Monte Saloon in Bakersfield and built Bakersfield\'s first Theater (The Empire). Moved to Lebec and bought some land and built some cabins and then built Hotel Durant / Hotel Lebec.
