This is the very rare pair of omnioculars from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. These are super rare to begin with, but these are a little extra special prop. He still function and light up. However there are no discs.
These were used at Wizarding World by a walk around character. I assume it was to sell the amazing props at the gift shops. Again, these are still the same ones that they used to sell there although I do not think they do anymore, but with a little added bonus that they were used by a team member in the park.
These were purchased at the most famous Orlando area thrift shop that sells the best Disney and Universal stuff. Still has the tag from the thrift shop.
There are no discs with this just what you see. However the omnioculars themselves are complete.

The amazing prop is mostly plastic with faux leather strap. Even though it's plastic with some metal it looks like a quality prop even though it's mostly plastic. They actually made it look like an aged metal.
As you can see it's still lights up.
