Museum quality World War I patriot doll. 16\" tall. Made in England, approximately 1915.

Head, hands and boots appear to be ceramic. Boots have polished looking glaze.
His integrated dark brown wool (or wool-like fabric) jacket has original black-braided frogging. The high collar is preventing me from seeing or feeling for any markings on the back of his neck.

This doll belonged to a late relative who collected and researched dolls carefully. I have pictured her handwritten price tag that she wrote by hand. I don\'t have access to the book, but you can see that she wrote that the doll is referenced and pictured in \"The Ultimate Doll Guide\".
