Early Wagner Ware Sidney O aluminum kettle marked 6 QT with the rare stamped patent date “PAT’D FEB 18 1909.” This is an early pre-1920 production example with the classic strap-style handle arms, original wooden grip, and the heavy cast aluminum body Wagner used during their first decade of aluminum manufacturing.
Kettle shows heavy oxidation and interior corrosion as photographed. It may not retain water and is offered for display and collecting only. Lid hinge area shows an old wire repair. Exterior shows wear consistent with authentic early Wagner aluminum.
