We are offering an antique Westmoreland Specialty Company Plate made in 1900. The plate is called Three Bears. It features the center bear reading and the left bear smoking a pipe and the right bear listening. It is in milk glass. It has been painted with cold paint process and much of the paint has worn off. This plate is free of chips, cracks, fleabites and scratches. The plate is unmarked. THe plate is 7 1/4 inches across.
