This is a working item. It holds up to a 1 3/4\" wide belt. The simple sealed plastic bag around it is slightly split on a short seam/edge (photos 3 and 4). The notcher has also poked through the plastic (photo 5). There is no manufacturer\'s marks nor logo. This is a simple belt buckle, it weighs 3.1 ounces. I am an old saleeer who likes to sell things to folks who need things.
