Exceptional placemats with heavy and detailed embroidery in a pattern featuring a starburst in the center surrounded by flowers, vines and paisleys, we believe made by hand with a sewing machine. The floral embroidery is designed to give the impression of appliqué to lovely effect. The edges are scalloped.
