Photo # 4 shows the previous owners name inscription on the inside cover page of Marianna Meyers. Photo # 5 shows the picture of Marianna Meyers, who was from Kahoka, Missouri. Marinna is in the 2nd row down from the top and on the right hand side. Marianna Meyers later married and became Mrs. Cleo Statton and live in Kahoka, Missouri. Photos 6 and 7 show the Title Pages of the Yearbook. Photo # 8 shows the Table of Contents. Photo # 9 shows Allie Lawerence, as The Best Private Citizen. Allie Lawerence was later to marry and become Mrs. Harvey Elbert Deen and live in Austin Texas. Photo # 10 shows the photo of Cleo Hicks, who was from Pawhuska. Oklahoma. Cleo Hicks would later marry and become Mrs. George Earl Stevens and live in Oklahoma City. Cleo Hicks was also a member of the Beta Sigma Beta Sorority and member of the Civic Association. Photo # 11 shows Pauline Joyce, who writes a nice note Marianna Meyers. Pauline was a member of Kappa Delta Phi Sorority. Photo # 12 shows Anne Louis Hood, who was from Oscola, Iowa and was the President of the Civic Association. She was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honorary Sorority, a member of Theta Tau Epsilon Social Sorority. Anne would later marry and become Mrs. Dwight Harker and live on Prescott Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Photo # 13 shows Dorothy Lee Politt, or Polly. Dorothy would marry and become Mrs. C. T. Bowan and live in University City, Missouri. Photo # 14 Clara Virginia Fricke, who would later marry and become Mrs. John S. White and live in Saint Louis. Photo # 15 shows Rose Pomerou, who was from Patterson, New Jersey. Photo # 16 shows Professors: Ernest Lincoln Cox. Professor of Voice, Professor Louise Dudley, Professor of English, Professor Basil D. Gauntlett with a nice note to Marianna Meyers, the previous owner of this yearbook and Professor Wilma Dorothy Haynes. Photo # 17 shows Professors: Helen Hayes Crawford, Dorothy Dorsey, Professor Mabel A. Elliott and Ruth Bowen Goodsmith, Instructor in piano and theory who writes a nice note to Marianna Meyers. Photos # 18 and 19 shows Stephens College Students starting their Eastern Tour on the Wabash Railway, The source of the Wabash name was the Wabash River, a 475 mile long river in the eastern United States that flows southwest from Northwest Ohio near Fort Recovery, across Northern Indiana to Illinois where it forms the southern portion of the Illinois Indians border before draining into the Ohio River, of which it is the largest northern tributary. The name Wabas is an anglicization of the French name for the river, Quabache. French Traders named the river after the native Miami tribe\'s word for the river. Photo # 20 shows the Soccer Team Cheerleaders: starting at the top, left to right: Lenith Jasmyn Sanders, Mary Amamda Lowrey, who was from Perkins, Oklahoma. Halcyon Mary Weaver, who was from Evanson, Illinois, and would later marry and become Mrs. H. C. Dowson, Kay Foushee, Martha Jane Troxel, Pauline Marrtta Joyce who was from Bethany, Missouri and Elizabeth Kurrus.Shelf # 75.
