1972 Hess Truck Tank Trailer With Box, bottom insert & inlay - One working light

Only one light works. The box has some discoloration on the top and sides. The white is faded and stained
There is some sort of residue a few of the wheels. Some of it wipes off. It has been in the box since 1972.
Im assuming it is from poor storage. Just like the box.
