Antique 1/9th Ambrotype Sad Boy Pink Cheeks Birth defect? Bog Eyes w/ Case For Sale

This young man seems to have overly large eyes. We've just purchased a small collection of ambrotypes and cased tintypes. Each are in different condition but generally are in good sealed condition. Please look at the photos and ask questions. I did pull them out to check if there were labels or notes. Photos indicate if I located any.
