This is a gorgeous vintage Catalina pottery bowl. Shape # C-340. It has a beautiful satin glaze finish in aqua green (or sea foam/mint green) inside and out.
This lotus-shaped art pottery console bowl dates to circa 1939-42, produced during the period of ownership by Gladding McBean.
Measures:
10”-11” wide x 3” deep
Backstamp reads: “MADE IN U.S.A.”
Imprinted mark reads “CATALINA C340 POTTERY”
There are a few very slight stains on the interior (see picture). Otherwise in excellent vintage condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no repairs - See pictures for condition and scale.
