This elegant Fostoria glass jelly dish with lid features a beautiful floral chintz pattern and a footed pedestal base. The bowl has a scalloped edge and the lid is also scalloped with an etched design. With a capacity of 8 oz filled to the rim, this dish is perfect for all occasions and adds a touch of sophistication to any table setting.Crafted in the United States between 1940 and 1973, this original footed/pedestal bowl has a clear finish and measures approximately 7 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches wide. The item is in good condition with a repair made to it. Its style is Baroque/Rococo with a touch of florals, making it a lovely addition to any collection.
In good condition. The finial on the lid was broken at some point and was glued back on. It is straight but some of the excess glue has yellowed. That is why there is a yellow hue in the photos. Photos are magnified and under bright light so it doesn't show like the photos in regular light. There is also an impurity in the base as shown in photo with blue arrow.PRICE REDUCED
