This issue has really continued to go up in sales and popularity. I have another copy so I've chosen to part with this one. Condition VF/NM in my opinion, although I'm not a professional grader. I don't see any bends or creases and the four corners are sharp. There is a tiny flea bite on the lower left corner but I would be shocked if this did not grade well.
