Richie Rich Dollars and Cents Vol #1 Issue #22 Comic Book February 1968 For Sale

Obviously not in mint condition by any means. However, the pages have great color tone. The cover on the bottom is showing sign that it is separating about an inch-up from bottom. I am not a comic book collector. I have no idea what this is worth. I have tried looking for comps but can't find a good one. I will leave this sale open for offers. I found him at an estagte sale and thought I would try to find a collector to get him to a forever home. Thank you!
