Vintage Dansk Designs France IHQ Kobenstyle Yellow Enamel Baking Pan Dish 2QtThis gorgeous vintage DanskKøbenstylebaking pan features the classic Mid Century MCM styling ofJens Quistgaard and will make a great addition to your collection. The cast metal pan includes Sun Gold / Yellow enameling with a white enamel interior and black bottom. Please note that detailed/zoomed in photos may make the color look a bit lighter / brighter than it actually is. It does have some wear from age and use including at least 5 chips along the yellow enameling edge at the top rim, unevenly applied enameling, stains, dark scuffing/marks, chips & cracks in the enamel surface, scratches, and MORE so PLEASEread complete details below and review photos closely for condition. • Approximate weight is 2 lbs 10 ozs total >>>HEAVY<<<
• Measures approximately 1-7/8" tall x 8" x 13-7/8" including the handles. The inside opening of the pan at the top of the rim measures approximately7-3/4" x 10-5/8"
• Condition: In vintage pre-owned condition with wear including at least 5 chips along the edge of where the yellow enamel meets the unfinished black edge of the rim as shown in the last two photos (the largest chip is just over 1/8" wide), some fine chipping/enamel voids on the white enameling where it meets the rim, a crack in the enamel on at least one of the spots where the handle attaches to the pan in addition to one of the joints being chipped, brown/black scuffing on the surface of the handles and around the corners and bottom edges, white scuffing on the handles that appears as splatters or streaks in photos, scuffing/abrasions/scratching on the white enameled surface of the inside bottom of the baking dish as shown in photos, some brown spots/scratching/scuffing/stains/grime on the black bottom of the pan, the white & yellow enameling is uneven along the edges which is original to the piece, some dark areas in the enameled surfaces that are original to the piece, fine scratching/abrasions/scuffing over the entire enameled surface/s, some small brown spots on the black bottom that might be rust or tarnish, dirt, dust, grime, patina, fingerprints, dents, dings, discoloring, smudging, baking residue/gunk, unevenly applied enameling, dark streaks on the yellow enameling likely from being slid across metal wire racks in the oven, dulling, pitting, dimpling, air bubbles in the enameling and overall wear from age and use. • Age/era: Yellow / Sun Gold was produced in this style from 1965-1985 (as noted by several online articles that I read in order to determine age) however I cannot guarantee how old this exact piece is as Kobenstyle is not my area of expertise
• Origin: I am assuming that it was manufactured in France since it is marked France on the bottom side but I cannot guarantee as Dansk Kobenstyle is not my area of expertise
• Marks: Bottom side is marked DANSK INTERNATIONAL DESIGNS LTD IHQ/FRANCE ©
