Vintage U S Medical kit - has some contents - foot powder - small mirror - scissor type device for pulling stitches - Aspirin box is empty - etc. please look at all pictures foe complete contents - overall very good condition , zipper and snaps work as they should - some contents are undoubtedly WW2 the bag itself could be Korea war era , they reused so many WW2 pieces in that time that its tough to say exactly when each piece was produced - Thanks for looking
