The pink and blue flowers line all around the coverlet. I did not see any broken thread and only one tiny stain the size of a pencil eraser which is in the photos.
A note about vintage linens: It is rare to find vintage tablecloths or other linens in "perfect" condition. Even those that have clearly been unused (i.e., still in packaging) may show soil from aging or improper storage. I do my best to inspect and find anything that could be an issue for you, the buyer. I will always provide photos of obvious stains, holes, etc., and will never intentionally be misleading in my description, but because of lighting and imperfect eyesight, I may sometimes miss something, or be unable to clearly capture it in photos.
