Huge 19.5" tall, bronzed metal Art Nouveau candlestick that is a vintage reproduction of the original made in the early 1900's by WMF manufacturers of Germany.
The design is pure Jugendstil, with dramatic swirls and elegant curvilinear design in the reticulated shoulder and flared Eiffel Tower inspired base. It's made of heavyweight metal (probably brass) with a mottled verdigris bronze finish.
It stands 19.5" tall on a 6" square base, and weighs 3.5 lbs. The top has a .75" diameter opening for a candle, and below it is a round 4" diameter drip cup with tiny, perforated holes all around the edge.
This candlestick is unique because of its extra tall size and Art Nouveau design. It would be perfect for your Art Nouveau collection, decor or holiday table.
