Pre-owned in very good condition overall for its age.
According to what I could find online, the figure is 1/2.5 scale and was released in Japan at Wonder Fest 1997.
The figure is made entirely of resin as far as I can tell.
I do not see any cracks or damage anywhere on the figure.
I do not have the box or any accessories or anything else besides the figure itself.
May need light cleaning in the crevices.
