Lot of 10 Wooden Textile bobbins in their original state. These are 7 3/8" long and .75" across the base.
Please view photos closely. These are open/hollow on the head, but the hole does not go all the way through.
They were cleared out of a factory that closed in the mid 1970's.
THEY ARE IN VARIOUS STATES OF RUST. SOME HAVE NO RUST ON THE BANDS, OTHERS HAVE MORE.
THEREFORE, I AM SELLING THEM CHEAPER THAN USUAL.
NOTE: There are little staples under the rim of the head, probably to grab thread. The staples do not stick out and will not poke you.
YOURS WILL BE PICKED FROM A LARGER LOT.
These items are excellent when used in crafting or for seasonal groupings with flowers, fruit or ornaments. They work nicely as stand-alone décor as well. Cluster them in baskets, crates or crocks and you have an automatic statement piece!
