View Larger Image   Transferware Plaque, Charger   Description: A lovely vintage large plate or charger/plaque. The transferware scene is of a country setting with windmills near a stream or brook. Puffy clouds in the blue sky make this a peaceful setting. No chips but there is a fair amount of crazing and some discoloration to the glaze. Incised letters on the back but the only ones I can read are either a B or E and a U.Attached hanger so it is ready to display. Measures 12 in. diameter. i think this is from the early 1900's era.
