The pages spell out in detail the $30,000,000.00+ on the Reservation, and Discussions that the "Indians have a Trust Representative, so as not to waste the funds" ect Page #4. "We desire in Oklahoma if we can to have those funds invested in our state. That money comes from our State, the Indians live there, and if something can be done to have those funds invested in our State it will not only help the Indian to an increased degree but will help the state as a whole".The Pages mention the Tribes OIL MONEY, Large sums of money, revenues, restricting Indian Funds, "Keep the funds from being lost or dissipated or wasted in any way" (pages 4-6).Pg 7 "I like this theory of using the trust companies. They will of course, be a sort of an agent of the Interior Department as well as agent of the Indian, and I believe it will work out well where care is used and good reliable trust companies are give the business to take care of.
