STORY OF THE DECK

Long before the first stones of Voldaren Estate were laid,an ancient creature walked beneath the blood moon: a pale unicorn whose horncarried the memory of every life taken in darkness. When the creature vanished,its horn became the holiest relic of a forgotten vampire bloodline.

Centuries later, Edgar Markov discovered the relic beneathan abandoned chapel. The moment he touched it, the horn awakened and called thescattered vampire houses home. Nobles, artists, knights, celebrants, andblood-bound heirs crossed the haunted ridges to answer its summons. Eacharrived seeking immortality. Each surrendered something precious to earn aplace at court.

Now the Crimson Horn rises above Voldaren Estate, and itsmagic spreads through the bloodline. Every new vampire strengthens the court.Every sacrifice feeds its magnificence. Every fallen enemy becomes anotherwhisper in the cathedral walls.

But the horn does not merely grant power—it chooses asuccessor. As the court feasts beneath the crimson moon, alliances fracture,ancient brides awaken, and Edgar\'s heirs prepare for the final coronation. Onlyone will claim the horn. The rest will nourish it.

GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE

Court of the Crimson Horn plays as an aggressive MarduVampire engine led by Edgar Markov. It builds a court quickly through Edgar\'sEminence ability and additional Vampire-token production, then turns thatgrowing congregation into overwhelming combat pressure.

The deck layers anthem effects and +1/+1 counters over awidening battlefield, while lifelink, Blood tokens, sacrifice outlets, andlife-drain effects create a second path to victory. Even when creatures die,the court continues profiting from them—replacing bodies, draining opponents,triggering death effects, and preparing the next wave.

Its rhythm is theatrical: summon the court, strengthen thebloodline, attack as a unified house, and convert every celebration orsacrifice into more power.

Once the loop is initiated by the appropriate life gain/lossevent, the effects feed one another and can drain the table. The nice part isthat none of the three cards is dead outside the combo—they all belongnaturally in our lifedrain engine.

Early game, cheap Vampires exploit Edgar’s Eminence andrapidly establish the herd. Midgame, Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Mavren Fein,Bloodline Keeper, Cordial Vampire, Drana, Stensia Masquerade and SharedAnimosity turn quantity into frightening board pressure.
