Painted Orders
Professional hand-painting is an optional paid service using non-toxic acrylic paints. Painting requires additional production time, and natural variation is part of every hand-painted finish. Smaller painted models generally arrive mostly assembled, with fragile parts separate where necessary. Larger painted statues may ship partially disassembled for protection.
Paint Updates
Once your order starts the painting step you\'ll be notified and asked how and if you want to receive bi-weekly (twice a week) image updates on your order.
What You Get

Assembly
Test-fit components before final assembly and use an adhesive suitable for resin. NO GLUE IS INCLUDED.
Finishing
Supports are removed as much as possible from larger pieces. Smaller fragile pieces are kept on supports for safe transit and to prevent misplacing them. We recommend using nippers to carefully remove these smaller pieces.
Minor cleanup, sanding, fitting, filling, and surface preparation may still be necessary.
Shipping
Each kit is printed to order, inspected and carefully packed. Bubble wrap and protective packaging are used where appropriate to protect the figure, scenic components and delicate details during transit.
